Deep is a restorative movement practice that pairs physical touch and cross-crawl techniques with activation of the deep core.
Using the Spiral Structure Technique®, the practice focuses on inner and outer unit core coordination. Low-impact micro-movements and physical touch bring attention to the connection between the brain and muscle tissue.
This certification is designed for yoga and fitness instructors, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapists and other somatic-based movement practitioners. Training covers anatomy and physiology, practical movement applications, hand positioning and injury site-specific protocols for group or individual settings.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Work hard. Connect with other trainees. Put the practice into your own hands.
Before training: no previous knowledge is required, but practicing Deep online 3–4 times a week is encouraged. You are expected to know asana form and alignments on the first day.
In the training: movement anatomy, sequencing and demonstration. Training days run approximately 12 hours, depending on group size.
On day two: a class demonstration and feedback, following the guidelines and rubric presented in training. Demonstrations run approximately 8–10 minutes.
Bring: hydration, snacks, your yoga mat, changes of clothes and a device for downloading music and making playlists.

License agreement + Instructor Tools+
A signed license agreement and ongoing Instructor Tools membership are required to keep your certification active. The license agreement is sent through SignEasy before training.
The product’s listed instructor membership is $19.99 monthly, with discounted quarterly and annual options. It includes access to the video streaming platform and monthly instructor tools.
If the Instructor Tools fee lapses, your certification also lapses. You remain in good standing while not teaching, but must reactivate before teaching again.

YOUR TRAINING DAYS
Trainings start at 8am unless otherwise noted in your training-specific email. Training days typically end between 6–8pm, depending on group size.
You’ll receive an immediate purchase confirmation with the address, studio name and preparation reminders. Training location details and announcements are emailed 2 weeks before training.

Registration, transfers + schedule changes+
All certifications and payments are non-refundable, but registrations may be independently sold at the customer’s discretion.
One transfer to a future date is free when requested at least 8 weeks before training. Changes within 8 weeks incur a $199 change fee.
Trainings may be rescheduled or relocated due to low enrollment. Notifications are provided no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled certification date.
