Refund policy

 

Buti® Movement does not offer refunds on our products.

Physical Goods: All sales are final we do not offer returns or exchanges. The majority of our products are made to order. This means we don't have inventory for exchanges. 

Damaged Products: If you receive a product from Buti® Movement that is damaged, please contact us at: connect@thebutimovement.com and we will happily replace your items. 

Digital Products: Digital products are non-refundable

Certifications: Please be aware all Certifications and payments are non-refundable but may be independently sold at the customer's discretion. We do provide the flexibility to transfer your registration to a future date one time for free if requested at least eight weeks prior to the training date. Any changes made after that, within the eight weeks of training or graduation date will incur a $199 change fee to move to another preferred date. Additionally, all trainings are subject to rescheduling or relocation due to low enrollment.

Somatic Movement Practitioner Program: Please be aware all Certifications and payments are non-refundable but may be independently sold at the customer's discretion. Any changes made to your Graduation date after purchase, will incur a $250 change fee to move to another preferred date. Additionally, all trainings are subject to rescheduling or relocation due to low enrollment.

Immersions, Events + Workshops: Immersion payments, workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
