Buti® Sculpt pairs high-intensity intervals with intentional low-intensity recovery.
High intervals feature plyometrics, functional movement, cardio dance and conditioning. Low intervals are curated to strengthen and lengthen the muscle group just worked.
This 30-minute format builds foundational knowledge of yoga poses, functional movement, conditioning and cardio sequences, with a focus on intelligently sequencing them into a fast-paced, beat-driven workout.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
A fast-paced online training focused on sequencing, music and practice.
Training day: approximately 8–10 hours, depending on group size, with fellow trainees online.
Your demonstration: a class demonstration following the guidelines and rubric presented in training.
Music and timing: bring a device for downloading music and creating playlists. The format uses a specific HIIT interval timer app, which must be downloaded and set during training.
Bring: hydration, snacks and the energy to work hard and connect with your fellow teacher trainees.

FIRST-TIME CERTIFICATION

Choose Buti® Sculpt certification on its own, bundle it with Buti® Bands the following day, or select the audit option if you are already certified. Current option prices are shown in the registration selector above.
Affirm financing is available for qualified applicants, with rates as low as 0% APR. Affirm collects installments; these orders are recorded as paid in full and are non-refundable.
If Affirm declines your application, contact training@thebutimovement.com about a custom payment plan. The team needs to verify the declined application first.
License agreement + Instructor Tools+
A signed license agreement and ongoing Instructor Tools membership are required to keep your certification active. The license agreement is sent through SignEasy before training. It protects the format and the value of the training.
Instructor Tools can be paid quarterly or annually at a discount. It includes access to the video streaming platform and monthly instructor tools.
If the Instructor Tools fee lapses, your certification also lapses. You remain in good standing while not teaching, but must reactivate before teaching again.

TRAINING TIMES + LOCATION DETAILS
YOUR TRAINING DAYS
Training starts at 8am CST unless otherwise noted in your training-specific email. Training days typically end between 6–8pm, depending on group size.
You’ll receive an immediate purchase confirmation. Your Zoom access links are emailed 24 hours before training.

Registration, transfers + schedule changes+
All certifications and payments are non-refundable, but registrations may be independently sold at the customer’s discretion.
One transfer to a future date is free when requested at least 8 weeks before training. Changes within 8 weeks incur a $199 change fee.
Trainings may be rescheduled or relocated due to low enrollment. Notifications are provided before the scheduled certification date.
