Buti® Bands uses resistance bands and high- and low-intensity intervals to target specific areas of the body.
High intervals combine functional, cardio, strength and dance variations with resistance bands. Low intervals use static yoga poses to stretch and lengthen the muscle group just worked.
This anatomy-focused training covers alignment, modifications, muscle activation and sequence building. Band placement is intentional, helping instructors activate and target specific areas of the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Train online, build your sequence and put your cueing into practice.
Training day: approximately 8–10 hours, depending on group size, with fellow trainees via Zoom.
Your demonstration: build a four-set Buti® Bands workout with four unique rounds, then physically demonstrate and cue one full round using the training guidelines and rubric.
Music and movement: break down beat patterns, musical styles and their application to movement types.
Bring: hydration, snacks, your yoga mat, changes of clothes and a device for downloading music and making playlists.

FIRST-TIME CERTIFICATION
$399.00
Choose Buti® Bands certification on its own, bundle it with Buti® Sculpt the day before, or select the audit option if you are already certified. Current option prices are shown in the registration selector above.
Affirm financing is available for qualified applicants, with rates as low as 0% APR. Affirm collects installments; these orders are recorded as paid in full and are non-refundable.
If Affirm declines your application, contact training@thebutimovement.com about a custom payment plan. The team needs to verify the declined application first.
License agreement + Instructor Tools+
A signed license agreement and ongoing Instructor Tools membership are required to keep your certification active. The license agreement is sent through SignEasy before training. It protects the format and the value of the training.
Instructor Tools can be paid quarterly or annually at a discount. It includes access to the video streaming platform and monthly instructor tools.
If you already subscribe to Instructor Tools for another BUTI format, you do not need another subscription. One membership covers all BUTI formats.
If the Instructor Tools fee lapses, your certification also lapses. You remain in good standing while not teaching, but must reactivate before teaching again.

TRAINING TIMES + LOCATION DETAILS
YOUR TRAINING DAYS
Training starts at 8am CST unless otherwise noted in your training-specific email. Training days typically end between 6–8pm, depending on group size.
You’ll receive an immediate purchase confirmation. Your Zoom access links are emailed 24 hours before training.

Registration, transfers + schedule changes+
All certifications and payments are non-refundable, but registrations may be independently sold at the customer’s discretion.
One transfer to a future date is free when requested at least 8 weeks before training. Changes within 8 weeks incur a $199 change fee.
Trainings may be rescheduled or relocated due to low enrollment. Notifications are provided before the scheduled certification date.
