What is Buti® on a Bike?
This rhythm-based cycle training blends functional movement with cross-body sequencing that moves clients through unique primal sprints while keeping their legs in cadence. No previous cycle training is needed in order to attend. Training will include 2 full days of hands-on instruction followed by 1 full day of student demos and a written exam. Throughout this training, students will learn the fundamentals of indoor cycle while learning how to intuitively sequence leg and arm variations, cross-body functional movements and rhythmically adapt movement to tempo.
If you've been looking for a new level of challenge for your body physically and mentally, Buti® on a Bike is it. This is a cardio-heavy class that utilizes musical architecture to blend intense interval training with functional variations that give you a total body workout with a caloric burn between 600-900.
What to Expect at Training?
Certification is a fast-paced, jam packed training format. You’ll work hard, push yourself through physical and emotional barriers and connect with other students online to support you on your journey. Training day will run approximately 8-10 hours depending on the group size. Every trainee will be required to do a class demonstration following the specific guidelines and rubric presented in training.
Come prepared to work hard. Bring sneakers, socks and plenty of hydration and snacks to keep your energy up. Also, be sure to have a device where you can download and make playlists. Buti® on a Bike classes are beat-driven and access to your music in an essential. Investment
Buti® on a Bike training is $925. We have partnered with Affirm to offer up to 0% APR financing for those who qualify. Affirm will assume responsibility for collecting installments. All Affirm order will be documented as paid in full at the time of purchase and are non refundable. If your application is rejected by Affirm, we will set up a custom payment plan with you to be sure you can attend. We do ask that you try through Affirm first. We will check your application status and need to see it as rejected before we can set up a custom invoice. Certification does require the signing of a license agreement. License Agreements are sent out to you before your training through SignEasy. This agreement protects the format and all the hardworking, passionate individuals who teach it to ensure people don’t go around copying what we do. In that way, it protects the value of what you’re investing in through training.
Training Times + Location Details
Trainings start at 8am unless specifically noted in your training specific email. You’ll receive an immediate email confirmation as well right after your purchase. Training days typically end between 6-8pm depending on how many people are in your training.
