Unit 1

Friday:

We introduced the concept of Radical Self-Care as a tool for success: 

  • Radical Self-Care as a methodology for long-term success.
  • Radical responsibility: Taking ownership of your energy, focus, and commitments.
  • Identifying self-sabotaging habits: What tends to derail you?

 

 

Saturday:

We discussed the importance of Lymphatic health and energy flow: Tools for managing physical fatigue.  Limbic system and emotions: Recognizing triggers and creating mental space for focus.

 

 

Sunday:

Then we finalized the Radical Self-Care Plan, create accountability structures, and prepare for triggers that may arise during the YTT journey.

  • Identifying boundaries: What needs to shift in your relationships, work, or habits to create space for YTT?
  • Preparing for setbacks: Recognizing self-sabotaging patterns before they arise.
  • Commitment vs. discipline: Building a sustainable routine for the long haul.
