Unit 1
Friday:
We introduced the concept of Radical Self-Care as a tool for success:

- Radical responsibility: Taking ownership of your energy, focus, and commitments.
- Identifying self-sabotaging habits: What tends to derail you?
Saturday:
We discussed the importance of Lymphatic health and energy flow: Tools for managing physical fatigue. Limbic system and emotions: Recognizing triggers and creating mental space for focus.
Sunday:
Then we finalized the Radical Self-Care Plan, create accountability structures, and prepare for triggers that may arise during the YTT journey.
