You will be expected to know asana form and alignments on the first day of training. In-person training hours will be focused on movement anatomy, sequencing and demonstration. The second day of training will begin with a group exercise to shake off pre-performance jitters before we move into our demo and feedback portion. Every trainee will be required to do a class demonstration following the specific guidelines and rubric presented in training.
