Primal Flow fuses functional and primal movement sequencing into a vinyasa structure grounded in anatomical alignment and proper cueing. This powerful class structure includes an intentional balancing of masculine and feminine energetic principles as well as the elemental energies that exist within us and around us.

Deep is a restorative movement practice that pairs physical touch and cross-crawl techniques with activation of the deep core to create mind, body and somatic coherence. Deep is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core and restoring somatic experience and integration.
