OUR SIGNATURE CLASS

This movement style is intuitive, creative and includes unique movement patterns that help the body avoid plateaus physically and emotionally. If you’re passionate about helping others feel at home in their body through movement, emotional integration and community - Buti® is the path for you. 

BUTI®

RESTORATIVE & INTEGRATIVE

Deep is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core and restoring somatic experience and integration. We utilize the Spiral Structure Technique® to catalyzE vibrational change on a cellular level through shifts in tension and frequency. 

DEEP

A MOVEMENT STYLE FOR EVERY-BODY

This rhythm-based cycle training blends functional movement with cross-body sequencing that moves clients through unique primal sprints while keeping their legs in cadence. No previous cycle training is needed in order to attend. Throughout this training, students will learn the fundamentals of indoor cycle while learning how to intuitively sequence leg and arm variations, cross-body functional movements and rhythmically adapt movement to tempo. 

BUTI ON A BIKE

LOVE YOURSELF - RIGHT NOW. NO BODY SHAME.

Each of these formats contain high intensity intervals featuring plyometrics, functional movement, cardio dance and conditioning with low intensity intervals intentionally curated to strength and lengthen the muscle group just worked. This 30 minute class format can burn between 400-800 calories per class and puts you into EPOCC.

BUTI SCULPT, HOTCORE & BUTI BANDS

This rhythm-based cycle training blends functional movement with cross-body sequencing. No choreography required.

A class format build for socks - use fluid drag to activate the inner and outer units of the core. Class sequencing is broken into hi/low intervals.

Buti® Bands is a resistance bands format to uses high and low intervals to target body areas to complete muscle burnout.

Buti® Sculpt pairs high intensity intervals featuring plyometrics, functional movement, cardio dance and conditioning with low intensity intervals.

Deep is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch. Helps restore connection between mind and muscle.
